What is the advantage of purchasing my ticket on-line?

By purchasing your ticket in advance it allows you to skip the ticket purchase line and proceed to the ticket taker which can save lots of time.

Do I have to print out my tickets prior to arrival?

Yes. Your printed sales confirmation is your ticket and must be scanned by the ticket taker upon arrival.

Can I use my ticket at any time during visiting hours?

When purchasing your ticket on-line the event time will read 10:00am until you complete your order. The Skydeck opens at 10:00am however you may use your ticket at any time during our hours. Our last entry is 30 minutes prior to closing

Is my ticket valid only on the date I have selected?

Your on-line ticket is valid for one visit during a 7 day period. You may use your ticket at any time 3 days before, on the day of, or 3 days after your selected date. Our last entry is 30 minutes prior to closing.

I am trying to purchase my ticket on-line and it says you are sold out.

The Skydeck is one of Chicago's most popular attractions especially on weekends and holidays. Purchasing your tickets in advance allows you to skip the ticket purchase line since you will have your tickets in hand. Only a limited number of tickets are available online so purchase early!

Are my tickets refundable?

Tickets are not refundable.

Is my ticket valid only on the date I have selected?

If you suddenly have to change your itinerary or the weather is affecting the view that day, your on-line ticket purchase allows you the flexibility of choosing when to visit the Skydeck during the 7 day period based on your selected date.
